General Managemet: Is the highest level of the organization, within it, the is the joint cooperation of Commercial Management, Administrative and Operations; the decision are taken and the objectives and strategies of the company are settled down.
 
Administrative Management: This level of the organization coordinates all the administratives - accounting tasks that are realised within the comany. It has to his position the department of: General accounting, Invoicing, General services and Maintenance.

Commercial Management: It has to its position the departments of Sale and Client's attention. This management constitues one of most important parts within the structure of reorganization since it must look for the suitable strategies to attract and to conquer new clients and to maintain those which prefer to use the service offered to the company.
 
Operation's Management: This management tranfers the programs, routines and procedures of work drawn up by institutional level, to the technical-operative fiel of the company that is the Depatment Operations, which therefore is employee of this management. The departement of operation is called also the nucleus of heart of the company.
